Don’t Drink … Play!

If you enjoy a drink ever so often, leave your cash at home if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your purse, your wallet, and leave all money, charge cards and chequebooks back at the hotel. Grab only the money you anticipate to use on beverages, tips and only the pocket change you expect to lose and keep the remainder behind.

Cynical? Not really. Just realistic. You can experience a profit following a boozy evening out with your buddies and be blessed enough to hook a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Hang on to that adventure considering that it is as brief as it gets if you continually drink alcohol and wager. The two simply do not mix.

Keeping your moola at home is a little drastic, but preventative actions for excessive actions is a requirement. If you wager to profit, then don’t drink and play. If you can afford to toss aside your $$$$ without a concern, then consume all the gratuitous booze your stomach can handle, but don’t carry charge cards and cheques to throw into the mix of following squanderings after your befuddled brain squanders all the cash!

Allow me to carry this one step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then hop on to the internet to play in your favorite casino either. I love to drink from the comfort of my home, however because I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards near by, I can not drink and bet.

What’s the reason? Even though I do not consume alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s clearly sufficient to befuddle my common sense. I bet, so I don’t consume alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, do not wager when you do. Both make for a ferocious, and crazy, cocktail.
